The staff was very nice and courteous all the time. The service was absolutely spectacular. Free Wi-Fi was working well throughout the property. The location was great, only a 5-minute walk from Somerset Mall.

The queen room we stayed in was tidy and updated. The hotel’s location was comfy and excellent, close to the lake. It was really close to the mall and Route 27.

The room had cozy beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and useful amenities like a microwave and a refrigerator, all provided by the friendly and efficient staff.

The services are spectacular, including a great pool. Its location is excellent & favourable, adjacent to 27 and a good area of town.

The breakfast options are good, offering a variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel offers handicap suite bathrooms, ensuring accessibility for all guests.

The hair dryers provided in the rooms were not wall-mounted, making them awkward to use.

The value for money at Comfort Inn was great! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff treated us wonderfully - they were pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast had a great variety of hot options and we were able to fuel up for our busy day. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and restaurants in the area.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated and scuffed up, which took away from the overall aesthetic. Additionally, there were some noise issues during our stay, with loud guests and a barking dog causing disturbances.

The location here is amazing, just a short walk from Showplace Cinemas, and the staff is outstandingly friendly and polite throughout.
